Issue Description
Because of limitations with FNC's OADI Viewer, if a report is signed with both a signature and seal then delivered through the AppraisalPort plugin (OADI Viewer), the OADI Viewer drops the appraiser's seal from the finished ENV file.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, you need to combine your digital signature and seal into one image. One method to combine your digital signature and seal is to place them Side‑by‑Side on your scanner and scan them in as one image.
