Accounting is the default view of your finances. Here, in
one list, you can see cash flow — both debits and credits — for a given date
range and/or specific clients.
From here, you have quick access to a number of important actions within the
Accounting tab, including:
- Balances—Provides a reconciliation view of
expenses and income. This is the default view in the
Accounting tab
- Payments—This
view allows you to enter payments for clients and employees. It also displays
your payment history.
- Reporting—In
this view, you can create, edit and run financial and performance reports
- Late
Notices—Integrates with XSellerate to send late payment notices
based on your invoices.
- New
Invoice—Allows you to create a new invoice.
- Enter
Payment—Opens the Client Payments window so you can enter
incoming payments.
- Pay
Staff—Displays the Employee Payment window so that you can record
payments to your staff.
