Client payments

You can easily record payments made by clients for the appraisal orders you've completed in Accounting.

  1. From Accounting, click Payments in the toolbar.
  2. Click Enter Client Payment on the left.

  3. Select Credit Card or Check.

  4. Select the Client: contact from from the drop‑down list.
    Only companies (or individual contacts associated with a company) that have invoices with an invoice due date and an outstanding balance are available here.
  5. Check the box to E‑mail Invoice if desired.
  6. Enter the payment amount and click Pay.
