The Fees section in Office Settings is where you develop a services list, assign fees, create fee splits and determine payment options. You can even tailor your pricing for a specific client.
Log in to Titan Office and hover over the User Settings menu on the upper right.
Select Office Settings from the drop‑down menu.
The Fees section is the default screen for Office Settings. You can return here anytime by clicking Fees on the upper left. Select from the following features to configure your fees and payments:
Job Types — Add to or edit your list of available services.
Define Client Fees — Create custom service and fee tables for a specific client or group of clients.
Assign Client Fees — Apply previously defined fee tables to your list of client contacts.
Define Fee Splits — Set fee split payment schedules for different types of staff members.
Assign Fee Splits — Apply previously defined payment schedules to appraiser contacts.
Payment Options — Choose payment types you accept, require payment prior to delivery for specific clients, and more.
