In rare instances, when trying to download reports from Titan Drive using TOTAL's Recent Reports folder, an error message appears that says "Unable to complete task at this time."

To correct this issue, use TOTAL's Tech Support Assistant to reset your Cloud Status Icons in TOTAL's Appraisal Desktop, and then try downloading the report again:
To begin, close out of TOTAL completely, and then follow the instructions below:
On your keyboard, press
Windows Key+R.In the Open: field, type
%tsa6%and click OK to open the Tech Support Assistant.Now, go to the Additional Tools tab.
Double-click 27. Reset Cloud Status Icons in the column on the left under a la mode Utilities, and click OK on the confirmation message.
That's it! Once you've reset the Cloud Status Icons in TOTAL, simply close out of the Tech Support Assistant, open TOTAL, and try downloading your report again.
