Issue Description
Metro-West requires the TOTAL report file (.ZAP) to be delivered in addition to the .ENV and MismoXML. In certain cases, documents, images, or other files in the workfile for your report can raise the report’s size to a point where the file cannot be successfully delivered. This can cause an Unexpected Error to be returned during delivery using the Metro-West plugin.
Instructions
If you receive an Unexpected Error when delivering to Metro-West, consider optimizing photos to a smaller size, resetting your modem and router, or checking the Digital Workfile for unnecessary files, such as videos that may have been taken at the property, voice notes, or old PDF copies of the report. If there are any unnecessary files, remove them from the Digital Workfile by moving them to your hard drive, and then deliver your report again.
