Take Notes

TOTAL for Mobile Take Notes feature allows you to quickly collect additional data about a property that may not have a specific field on the form, or to enter general side notes to yourself without leaving the section you're currently viewing.  To Take Notes in TOTAL for Mobile:

  1. While in a report, tap the menu icon (  ) , and press Take Notes.  You can also tap the Take Notes icon (  ) on the left.

  2. Tap the Notes window that appears to bring up the keyboard and enter your notes.

  3. When you're finished, tap Done on the upper right to return to your report.  Any notes you enter using the Take Notes feature are automatically added to the Text Notes section of the Notes tab.

After synchronizing your report to WinTOTAL or TOTAL, the Text Notes are accessible through your report's Workfile.  Click here for more information about WinTOTAL's Workfile, or click here for more information on TOTAL's Spectrum Workfile.
