Notes

TOTAL for Mobile's Notes PowerView allows you to record and review additional information about a property that may not have a specific field on the form, or to take general side notes for yourself that you can review later. The Notes PowerView offers three ways for you to record data about the property:

• Text — Traditional text notes entered with your device's keyboard
• Voice — Review Voice Notes recorded with TOTAL for Mobile's voice recorder
• Draw — A freehand draw mode to take notes by hand or make quick drawings with your finger or a stylus

To access the Notes PowerView, simply tap the menu icon (  ) and press Notes. You can also tap the Notes PowerView icon (  ) on the left.
