This document explains what is "AI Ready" and what you can do to become AI Ready. Information is also included on how to configure your software for AppraisalPort delivery.

What is "AI Ready"?

AI Ready is the term used to describe appraisers capable of delivering reports to AppraisalPort using their AI XML format.

Am I "AI Ready"?

To be AI Ready you must own an Appraiser XSite. Owning an Appraiser XSite gives you access to delivery tools, called "plugins". These "plugins" enable you to expand your client base by delivering reports in a format compatible with the systems of many national companies, such as Bank of America, Landsafe, Fannie Mae, Countrywide and Wachovia.

How do I enable the "plugins"?

If you're a WinTOTAL Aurora user the plugins are available once you associate your WinTOTAL to your XSite. Click here to learn more.

If you're using another software package the plugins are available once you install XSite Order Manager. XSite Order Manager works with the following software packages:

  • WinTOTAL Athena
  • Bradford Clickforms
  • DayOne NovaAppraiseIT
  • SFREP
  • Residential Appraiser
  • Appraisal Studio
  • Wilson
  • RealEasy Appaisals

How does delivery work?

If you're a WinTOTAL Aurora users the delivery is started while in the software. Click here to learn more.

For all other software packages the delivery is done using XSite Order Manager. Click here to learn more.

Is there anything else I need to configure?

Yes, you must configure the FNC/OADI Viewer. The FNC/OADI Viewer takes your converted report file and uploads it directly to AppraisalPorts system in their AI XML format. As a convenience, we've included the FNC/OADI Viewer with our software.

To configure the FNC/OADI viewer you need the know the following information:

  • AppraisalPort Username
  • AppraisalPort Password
  • Upload URL

Although your username and password are unique, the upload URL is consistent for all AppraisalPort users. The upload URL is:

https://www.appraisalport.com/xport/oadi/receive_env.aspx

Is there anything else I should know?

There are some limitations on the type and number of forms you can send to your clients through AppraisalPort.
