In most cases TOTAL Sketch is automatically registered the first time you launch it while you're in a report inside TOTAL. Click here for instructions on opening a sketch from TOTAL.
If you're not using TOTAL, TOTAL Sketch prompts you to register the first time you open the program. Your activation code is provided to you via email when you purchase TOTAL Sketch. If you need the activation code sent again, please contact us at 1-800-252-6633, or click the chat icon (
) on the lower right of your screen to talk to a chat support representative.
On occasion you may need to re‑register TOTAL Sketch with new registration information. To manually register TOTAL Sketch:
In TOTAL Sketch, click Help, and then Register TOTAL Sketch from the menus.
Enter your customer number, a name for your computer, and input your TOTAL Sketch activation code into the spaces provided.
Click OK to authorize your computer.
