Delete Reports | Appraiser

To delete files from Titan Reports:

Log in to Titan Reports.
Click to select the file you want to delete, or hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click to select multiple files.
If you want to delete an entire range of files, use the search bar or filter drop‑down menu () to find the files you want to delete. For instance, if you want to find all of the files that are older than five years, click the filter drop‑down menu (), select Custom date range, and choose the time frame you want to display. Alternatively, click the Last Updated column heading to sort the files by the last time you updated them and just select the ones you want to delete from there.
Click Delete.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the selected file(s).

It's that simple! The deleted files are now located in the Deleted Items folder.

To permanently delete a file from Titan Reports:

Log in to Titan Reports and click Deleted Items in the list of folders on the left.
Select the file you want to permanently delete, or hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click to select multiple files.
Click Delete in the toolbar at the top.
Click Yes to confirm you want to permanently delete the selected file(s).

Be careful when permanently deleting files — once a file is permanently deleted, you won't be able to retrieve it!
