Once you've created your Appraiser fee split tables, it's necessary to assign them to the appraisers in your office.
From the Fees section of Titan Office, click Assign Fee Splits on the left.
Locate the staff member or appraiser in the list.
Then, to assign a fee split to a client, select the desired fee split from the drop‑down menu on the right.
