Issue Description

In rare circumstances, TOTAL displays an error when attempting to upload or download a report from the cloud using TOTAL for Mobile sync.

Upload Error:

An unexpected error occurred while attempting to update your QuickList files.

Download Error:

An unexpected error occurred while attempting to retrieve data from the cloud.

Instructions

To correct this issue, disable and re-enable .NET Framework 3.5:

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows Key + R.

  2. In the Run dialog, type appwiz.cpl in the Open: field and click OK.

  3. In the Programs and Features window, click Turn Windows features on or off.

  4. In the Windows Features window, uncheck the box next to .NET Framework 3.5, click OK, and wait for the uninstall process to finish.

  5. Then, repeat steps 3 and 4 to re-enable it. Click Turn Windows features on or off, check the box next to .NET Framework 3.5, click OK, and wait for the installation process to finish.

That's it! Once you've disabled and re-enabled .NET Framework 3.5, open TOTAL click Mobile Sync, and try uploading or downloading files again.
