Issue Description
In rare circumstances, installing TOTAL updates on a server or workstation computer produces an error that says: "Windows cannot access \\ServerName\Total Program Share\WinTOTAL.exe."
Instructions
To correct this issue, start the update from TOTAL's Tech Support Assistant:
On your keyboard, press
Windows Key+R.In the Open: field, type <samp>%tsa6%</samp> and click OK to open the Tech Support Assistant.
When the Support tab finishes loading, click Fix next to Checking for latest updates.
Click OK to install TOTAL's updates.
That's it! Once the updates are installed, open TOTAL on the server and/or workstation and continue working as normal.
