Issue Description
If the Site fields for the subject and comparables in non‑UAD reports have different units of measure, SmartAdjust returns incorrect adjustment values.
Instructions
To correct this issue, change the Site measurements for the subject and comparable fields to ensure they all use the same units of measure.
If you don't want to change the subject and/or comparable(s) permanently, change them temporarily. Once SmartAdjust has calculated the adjustment(s), place your cursor in each field you want to keep and press Ctrl + L on your keyboard, or click the padlock icon (
), to lock each adjustment field from transfers. Once you've locked the field(s) from transfers, change the Site field(s) back to their original value.
