Issue Description

On rare occasions, inserting a PDF into a report fails due to an issue with the PDF or the way the PDF was created. To correct this issue, simply create a new copy of the PDF using a different PDF printer.

Instructions

  1. Open the PDF in a PDF viewer such as Adobe® Reader® software.

  2. Click File from the viewer's toolbar, and then click Print.

  3. Select Microsoft Print to PDF from the Printer dropdown.

  4. Click Print, and save the PDF to a convenient location such as your Windows Desktop.

That's it! Return to your report and try inserting the PDF again using the new PDF document you created.
