Issue Description
When you launch the Map Wizard, TOTAL automatically geocodes the properties in your report. In rare instances the location for a property can't be determined if it's new construction or if it's in a rural area — even though the address is USPS standardized.
Instructions
When this happens, there are a few steps to take to get a map using the GPS coordinates instead of the address:
First, open your preferred browser and go to www.latlong.net.
Type the address into the Place Name field and click Find. If you don't have a physical address, use the map below the search field and click to select the location of the property.
Highlight the coordinate in the Latitude field below the Place Name field and press
Ctrl+Cto copy it, or right‑click it and select Copy.Return to the Map Wizard and select Use GPS coordinates on the upper left.
Click once on the latitude field to highlight it. Then, click the field again to edit it and press
Ctrl+Vto paste the latitude.Repeat steps 3‑5 to copy and paste the longitude as well.
When you're finished, click Next to retrieve the map.
