Issue Description

When using the Small Residential Income form (1025) in TOTAL for Mobile, if your Sales comparables have photos but your Rental comparables do not, your Sales photos will fail to import when you attempt to sync your report back to TOTAL on your desktop PC.

Instructions

To resolve this issue, the form on your mobile device must include corresponding photos for each Rental comparable, even if your final report doesn't require them. Once your report has been successfully moved from your mobile device back to your desktop PC, you can remove any unnecessary photos and/or photo pages. Here's how:

  1. On your mobile device, open your report in TOTAL for Mobile.

  2. Open the Comps PowerView.

  3. Use the dropdown at the top to select Rentals.

  4. Place photos in each slot, one photo for each Rental. These are simply placeholders, so they do not need to be actual rental photos.

  5. Complete your report as usual, and upload it to the cloud when finished.

  6. Download the report to your desktop PC.

  7. Verify your Sales photos are intact.

  8. When you're done editing this report in TOTAL for Mobile, edit your report as needed to remove any unnecessary Rental photos.
