Issue Description
In rare instances, pasting rich text to your addenda which was copied from an external program — such as Microsoft Word — results in strange formatting, fonts, or padding.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, you need to paste your content into Notepad before adding it to your addenda. Notepad is a simple program included with Windows which strips the text of any problematic formatting. Here's how:
Copy the desired text from your word processing software.
Open Notepad. You can find it by clicking on your Start button and doing a search for the word "Notepad."
Paste your text into Notepad.
Copy your text from within Notepad.
Paste your text into the addendum in TOTAL. If possible, to minimize confounding factors, remove your existing addendum and add a new one.
