Issue Description
In rare circumstances, exporting an order from TOTAL Connect can cause the order and due date to be displayed incorrectly.
Instructions
To correct this issue, you need to open the order in your Appraiser XSite's Business Management, then export the order from the TOTAL Connect. Here's how:
Log in into your Appraiser XSite.
Select Business Management, then Orders.
Locate and double-click the order to open it.
Now, refresh TOTAL Connect and export the order to your appraisal software.
That's it! After opening the order in your XSite, then exporting it through TOTAL Connect, all of the information is displayed correctly.
