In some cases, after answering all of the errors in the CLVS Pre-delivery check, the number of errors do not update to reflect those changes.

Instructions

While the main screen does not update, the number of errors in the order information on the left side does. Simply review this side of the screen to see how many errors you actually have.

  • If you need to review further. Click Save and Close and then run the pre-delivery check again to get an updated list of errors.

  • Otherwise, if you see 0 errors, Click Save and Close, then sign and deliver your report.
