In rare cases, when you open TOTAL Sketch from TOTAL, you do not get the latest version of TOTAL Sketch. This is typically caused by a necessary file not being run when an update was installed.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
First, save any open report and close out of TOTAL completely.
On your keyboard, press
Windows Key+R.In the Open: field, type (or copy and paste)
%wt6%\Utils\Setup\RunOnce\APD_TS4T_Setup_v1.exeand click OK.
After clicking OK, you may see your mouse cursor turn into an hourglass or spinning "waiting" circle. That's normal, and an indication that the program is working.
After running the command, that's it! Simply continue working in your report as normal.
