20121 - Clicking Add Map doesn't launch the Map Wizard In TOTAL

Issue Description

Under specific circumstances, TOTAL's Map Wizard doesn't launch when clicking Add Map.

Instructions

To correct this issue, you need to make a change to Internet Explorer's security settings. Here's how:

1. Press Windows Key + R, type inetcpl.cpl in the Open: field, and press Enter, or click OK.

   

2. Choose the Security tab at the top (1), select the Internet icon (2), and click Custom level (3).

   

3. Scroll down to the Scripting section, and mark the Enable option under Active scripting (1). Finally, click OK (2).

   

That's it! You're now able to launch the Map Wizard without issue.

If following the steps above doesn't launch the Map Wizard, repeat Step 1, choose the Security tab, select the Internet icon, and then change the security level to Medium‑high or Medium depending on your current settings.
