Issue Description
In rare circumstances, SmartBrowser will display a message stating "Website cannot be reached" if the security certificate for the website is missing or invalid.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, simply save the XML and PDF to a location such as your Windows Desktop, then use Internet Explorer to upload the report to your client. Click here and choose Option 3 for further information on how to save your report as an XML and PDF, then deliver them.
