Issue Description
Checkboxes used to select properties in the Comps Database disappear from the Grid view after starting a new search via the File menu.
Instructions
To correct this issue, manually refresh the column headers in the Grid view:
Right-click one of the column headers in the Grid view of the Comps Database.
Select Edit Column Layout from the drop‑down menu.
When the Customize Layout screen appears, click Save.
That's it! Editing the column layout and saving it forces the Comps Database to refresh the column headers and display the checkbox column correctly.
