20076 - Unable to copy and paste images into TOTAL.

Issue Description

In rare instances, specific image formats such as .WMF, .EMF, and .SVG can't be copied and pasted or dragged and dropped into TOTAL.

Instructions

To resolve this issue:

1. Copy and Paste the image into Microsoft Paint

2. Click the blue File button and choose Save As.

   

   If you're using an older version of Windows, the File button may just say File

3. Now, save it to your Windows desktop as a .JPG file.

   

4. Finally, add the .JPG file from your desktop to your report.
