Issue Description
When connected to your computer, some devices such as smartphones and some cameras are displayed as Portable Devices rather than having a drive letter. When a device is listed as a Portable Device, images and other files can't be copied and pasted, or dragged and dropped, from the Portable Device to TOTAL.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, simply drag and drop the photos from your device to your Windows Desktop, then drag and drop it from your Windows Desktop into TOTAL.
