Issue Description
Data shifting occurs in the additional comparable form in Athena reports that contain the 71A (12/83) form when opened in TOTAL.
Instructions
This issue only occurs if the Athena report includes the 71A (12/83) form. To resolve the issue, simply swap the form to 71A (04/04) in Athena and then move the report to TOTAL.
