Issue Description
In rare circumstances, placing comparables from TOTAL's Comps Database overwrites existing comparables in your report if your comp only has an image, and no other data has been entered.
Instructions
To resolve this issue, simply enter data into one of the fields for the comparable. For example, you can fill out the address for the blank comparable, or type the letter 'X' in the address field as a placeholder, prior to placing comparables from the Comps Database.
