Issue Description

In rare instances, TOTAL keeps generating a message that says a report is still open after recovering it via Smart Recover.

Instructions

To correct this issue:

  1. Ensure that no one else would be in the report (if you're set up in a networked environment)

  2. Open the report and/or click Override when prompted.

This overrides the file lock that was left behind when the report was last open, and allows TOTAL to reopen the report.
