Issue Description
Drop‑down arrows for Recent Responses and QuickList entries won't disappear after the field format has been set to Read Only.
Instructions
To correct this issue:
Save any changes to your report.
Close out of the report completely.
Once the report is closed, simply reopen it.
Once the file has been closed and reopened, any drop‑down arrows that seemed "stuck" have been removed, and the form displays correctly.
