Your browser stores temporary website files, commonly called a cache, to help websites load faster. Sometimes, browsers continue using older versions of these files that were saved prior to a more recent website update, which can result in issues with page loading, navigation, or other unexpected behavior such as problems with delivery plugins inside of TOTAL. Clearing the cache forces the browser to download the latest version and often resolves these issues.
If you recently experienced an issue using a delivery plugin, follow the instructions below to clear your cache using Internet Options:
Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run prompt.
Type
inetcpl.cpland press Enter to open the Internet Properties (Internet Options) window. In the General tab, click the Delete button in the Browsing history section.
Uncheck the Preserve Favorites website data option, and check the box next to Temporary Internet files.
Uncheck all other options, and click Delete.
When it finishes, click OK to close the Internet Properties window, and then attempt your delivery or task again.
