With the emergence of new FHA guidelines comes changes to your report‑writing process. From FHA Case Number placement on forms to best delivery practices, the following links help you avoid unnecessary hard stops and resubmissions.

- Enable FHA EAD rules — This document shows you how to enable the new FHA EAD rules in TOTAL, so you can be alerted to fields in your report that are out of compliance. This ensures that reports don't get rejected by FHA's portal.
