Why is CoreLogic becoming Cotality?
Our rebrand started where everything at our company starts — with listening to our clients. Over the last several years, we've transformed into a faster, smarter, and more people‑centric company.
Thanks to the dedication of our teams, the strength and scale of our networks, and the power of our technology, we're much better positioned to help you solve your biggest challenges. This is our moment to showcase the entirety of who we are and what we can deliver — ultimately meeting the growing demand for deeper property intelligence head‑on.
What is changing?
We have a new brand identity, including our name, logo, colors, and messaging, to better express our mission and vision. We are also introducing a new tagline: Intelligence beyond boundsTM. Over time, you'll see updates across our website, products, and communications to align with the new brand. Rest assured that our core products, services, and leadership remain the same.
Will there be any impact on our current services or contracts?
No. Your services, contracts, pricing, and agreements will remain unchanged. Our rebrand is purely a visual and strategic evolution, and there will be no disruption to the way you use our products or interact with our teams.
Will my logins, platform access, or data be affected?
Not at all! Your login credentials, account settings, and data will remain exactly as they are. If there are any minor navigational updates due to the rebrand, we'll guide you through them in advance.
Will your email addresses or website change?
Yes, we will be updating our email addresses and website domain to reflect Cotality. Any emails sent to our old CoreLogic addresses will automatically forward, and we will keep you informed well ahead of the transition to ensure a smooth experience.
Be sure to advise your IT department that our emails will now come from our new domain @cotality.com. Please have your IT team confirm that our new email addresses can be delivered to your inbox.
If your IT Department requires Transport Layer Security (TLS), they will need to add a Cotality.com configuration in addition to the CoreLogic.com configuration.
Please note that CoreLogic system‑generated emails will transition to Cotality email addresses over time. Additionally, any email you send to an employee at CoreLogic.com will be responded to from a Cotality.com email address going forward.
Will I still be working with the same team members?
Absolutely. There are no changes to our structure because of the rebrand.
Will invoices or billing details change?
Not immediately. If any changes require action, we'll communicate them clearly and well in advance.
Do I need to take any action?
There is no immediate action required on your end. However, we encourage you to allowlist our new email addresses and bookmark our new website once it's live. If any changes require action, we'll communicate them clearly and well in advance.
Will there be new products or features as part of the rebrand?
Our rebrand is meant to reflect our mission, vision, and values — which center around innovation for you. We'd be happy to showcase recent product enhancements and new capabilities that help property professionals work faster and smarter.
How can I learn more about the rebrand?
We will be sharing updates through email, social media, and blog posts. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to your primary contact or visit our new website for more details.
Who should I contact if I have concerns?
Your account executive or existing support contact addresses, emails, and phone numbers remain in place to offer you uninterrupted service.
