If your issue or question is of a technical nature, or something isn't working the way it should, the options here will steer you in the right direction:

- Start here. You can find answers to the most common questions we receive, as well as resolutions for common problems.

- If you don't find what you're looking for in our online library, submit a Support Request. Using the Support Request feature gives our technicians information about your system and software, helping us to resolve your issue quicker. Plus, you're automatically placed into the queue for a callback. If your issue is specific to just one file, make sure you attach it to the support request.
