Appraisals are now commonly being completed in a format defined by the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD.) Unless you're familiar with UAD, this can make certain fields difficult to understand. If you're error checking an appraisal, there are many abbreviations, number formats, and other standardizations to keep in mind.
UAD Reader gives you an easy reference for every field that's affected by the UAD. Just click the UAD Explained button to see an easy-to-read guide that will help you decipher the report info. This is in addition to the in-line guidance provided when viewing the XML or the UARR Results.
