Viewing the UARR Results

One of the most useful features of the UAD Reader is the ability to run the Uniform Appraisal Review Rules (UARR) on any MISMO XML appraisal. UAD Reader's UARR will alert you to any possible UAD errors that could cause delays or hassles during submission to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP.)

To see the results of the UARR, click UARR Results near at the top of the window. You'll see a split screen view that shows any UAD errors at the top, and the form view of the XML data at the bottom. There are a few things you can do here:

• Click any error in the list, and you'll jump to the affected field. The selected field will be highlighted in green.
• Much like the XML view, when you click on any UAD field in the form view at the bottom, you'll see in-line guidance for the field. To see the guidance from the GSEs, click the link in the lower-left titled To see the GSE's guidance on this field, click here.

Keep in mind, the XML file doesn't contain the raw data for the entire report - only a subset of the data that's been standardized by the GSEs. So, when you're viewing the XML, some fields in the form view will not contain any data. If you're concerned that a field is actually blank, you can click View PDF to see the original report as prepared by the appraiser.
