Our goal with Feedback.alamode.com is to get feedback and suggestions directly from our customers straight to our development team. This reduces the possibility of miscommunication, and provides a way for our teams to share the progress of these features and suggestions as we work on them.


How do I use Feedback.alamode.com?

Use the search bar on Feedback.alamode.com to see if your request was already submitted by someone else. If you're unable to find an existing request that matches yours, use the form on the right side of the page to enter a short summary in the Title field, describe your idea/request fully in the Details section, and click Submit.


What happens when I submit a suggestion or feature request?
