User Settings

Titan Office’s User Settings menu is the centralized location where you create and manage your company info, users and accounts, fees, and other options. Below is a breakdown of the User Settings menu available in Titan Office:

Your Company Info:
Allows you to enter details and contact information for your business. The information entered here is used in various areas of Titan Office.
Users and Accounts:
Add, edit, or delete users and control who can log in, access orders, and use administrative tools.
Office Settings:
Allows you to create a custom list of the job types you offer along with the associated fees. You can also create client specific fees, set up fee splits between appraisers in the office, and adjust the payment options you accept.
