Customize the hotlist at the top of each report section with your most common features or rooms. Managing your favorite shortcuts allows you to quickly access your most frequently used items directly from the report section.

Follow the instructions below to configure your shortcuts:

1. In the Photos PowerView, select a report section.

2. At the end of the list of shortcuts, tap the gear icon.

3. Configure your shortcuts:

   • Toggle the switch next to an item on to enable the shortcut and add it to your list of favorites.

   • Toggle the switch off to disable the shortcut and remove it from the list.

4. When you’re finished, press DONE to save your changes.

Once you configure your shortcuts, tap a shortcut to add it to the report section. If you have Auto Launch Camera enabled, TOTAL for Mobile automatically launches the camera on your device to capture an image. Otherwise, press CAPTURE or ADD to Capture and Add Photos.
