Capture and Add Photos
Use the enhanced Photos PowerView features in a UAD 3.6 report to build your report directly as you capture photos. Document property access and influences for the Site, capture front and rear angles for the Dwelling Exterior, or add Accessory Dwelling Units and Outbuildings right from the Photos PowerView interface. As you add items and take photos, TOTAL for Mobile automatically places them exactly where they belong in your report, saving you the hassle of tracking down where each photo goes and manually placing them.
To navigate report sections and capture photos, open the Photos PowerView and select a report section from the list ( E ). Then, Capture or Add existing photos based on the setup of the selected section. From here:
If the report section includes default items, tap Capture ( A ) to launch your device's camera, or tap Add ( B ) to choose an existing photo stored on your device.
If the report section does not include default items, a list of common items is displayed. Tap an item to add it to the section, or tap Other to create your own. Then, tap Capture or Add.
Once an item has been added to the report section, tap a shortcut at the top of the screen ( C ) to add an additional room, feature, or item as needed. Click here for detailed instructions on configuring and using your favorite shortcuts.
When you are finished with a particular report section, tap to select another section from the list on the left ( E ) to continue adding photos. If you are on a smaller device, tap Sections on the upper left of the current section to return to the full list of report sections.
