Titan Reports Hotkeys
These hotkeys trim seconds off many of your most repetitive tasks. When time is money, seconds add up to dollars quickly! Keep this reference handy, and you'll be flying through your appraisals faster than your competition can say "How'd you do that?"
General Hotkeys
CTRL + S | Saves the currently open file |
CTRL + C | Copies the field or the selected text to the clipboard |
CTRL + X | Cuts the field or the selected text |
CTRL + V | Pastes the contents of the clipboard at the cursor position |
DEL | Deletes the currently selected item, file, or text |
ALT + F4 | Closes the current browser window and any tabs open in that window |
Formfilling Hotkeys
ENTER | Moves to the next logical field |
SHIFT + ENTER | Moves to the previous logical field |
TAB | Moves one field to the right |
SHIFT + TAB | Moves one field to the left |
CTRL + ← or → | Moves to the left/right field until you reach the end of the form line |
SHIFT + CLICK | Selects a range of fields. Click a field, hold Shift, and click another field to select all fields in between. |
F9 | Shows/Hides QuickList panel |
CTRL + A | Select all text in current field |
CTRL + B | Bold selected text* |
CTRL + U | Underline selected text* |
CTRL + G | Opens the Square Footage Adjuster |
CTRL + K | Completely clears the current field |
CTRL + Z | Undo last action. Press multiple times to undo multiple actions. |
CTRL + Y | Redo last undo. Press multiple times to redo multiple actions. |
CTRL + S | Saves the currently open file |
CTRL + F4 | Closes the current browser tab |
ALT + ↓ | Displays context sensitive drop‑down lists such as recent responses or contacts. |

Side‑by‑Side Hotkeys
F2 | Pushes the contents of the current field forward to all subsequent comps. |
= = | When typed at the beginning of the first line of the comparable, clears all data and calculations from that comparable. |
= + | Copies data from corresponding comp, listing, or rental number, depending on the property type you're viewing. When used in the first line of the address, it copies all of the data from the selected property. |
QuickList Hotkeys
F9 | Shows/Hides QuickList panel |
CTRL + F9 | Creates a new QuickList entry for the current field |
ALT + 0 | Creates a new QuickList entry for the current field |
Contents Hotkeys
F2 | Renames the selected form in your report |
