Adjusting Zoom Level

TOTAL offers two different types of zoom: dynamic zooming based on the size of the window and static zooming where you can set an exact zoom level.

With a report open, follow the instructions below to change your zoom settings to adjust dynamically, and to view additional zoom options:

Click View on the upper left and select Fit Page Width to dynamically adjust the zoom based on the width of the window.
Select Fit Page Height to dynamically adjust the zoom based on the height of the window.
Select Zoom to 100% from the View menu to set the zoom level to standard magnification.
Click View and select Zoom to choose your preferred zoom setting between 25% and 200% zoom.
