This document details the complete list of changes made to TOTAL with the September 30, 2025 update.
General
Resolved an issue preventing users from logging into TOTAL without an internet connection.
Resolved an issue preventing users from launching the Appraisal Desktop Dashboard.
Implemented changes behind the scenes to support the UAD 3.6 report.
UAD 3.6 Learning Edition
Assignment Info: Users can now select multiple designations for Appraiser/Supervisor contacts.
Global: Fixed a bug where data removed from the Address DFE's would not be reflected on the parent field of the report.
Global: Date fields no longer have a delay when automatically adding / while inputting data.
Global: UAD Guidance now has a vertical scroll bar if all content can't be seen on screen.
Income Approach: Optional rows of the Income Approach grid will no longer print if when no data is present.
Unit Interior: To prevent confusion, users can no longer add rooms in Unit Interior until at least 1 level has been added to the table above.
