Corrected an issue with the cost approach calculation for the Appraisal Institute of Canada's 2024 Residential Appraisal Report Cost Approach Addendum.

Users with expired TOTAL seats will now be prompted to renew upon opening TOTAL.
Titan Photos
Corrected an issue where photos could be automatically labelled in TOTAL, even when the setting was disabled.
Fixed a bug that could cause an error when dragging an image from an undocked Photos PV into the form.
Resolved an issue that could cause users to sync duplicate photos.
