Save as ENV

TOTAL allows you to save .ENV files to your computer. This is useful for uploading your appraisal to a portal that requires the .ENV format but is not delivered through the AppraisalPort network. To save an .ENV file to your computer:

1. With your report open in TOTAL, click on File and select Save as ENV.

   

2. If you're prompted to enter your TOTAL Connect login information, enter your username and password. Then click OK.
3. Follow the instruction in the AppraisalPort Delivery Wizard. Click here for step‑by‑step instructions.
4. Check the box next to each supported form you want to include in the final report and click Generate .ENV.
