Inside the QuickList pane in the Forms PowerView, TOTAL allows you to manage
your QuickList entries and Text Databases via the QuickList
Toolbar. Functions of the toolbar include:
- Alphabetize QuickLists
- Arrange your QuickList entries alphabetically.
- Sort
QuickLists
- Allows you to rearrange your QuickList entries in any order you choose.
- Select Text
Database
- Allows you to change the active Text Database. Switch to the
a la mode Stock Text Database or use another user's QuickLists.
- Show Text Database
- Changes which QuickList entries are viewable by Text Database and field
selection.
