Creating Orders

 
     

Creating new orders in WinTOTAL is exactly the same process as creating a new report in WinTOTAL.

  1. In the Appraisal Desktop, click New or choose File, New from the menus at the top.  You’re immediately taken to the Order PowerView which replaces the “Requester” found in previous versions of WinTOTAL. It ties directly into both your WinTOTAL invoice form and your accounting data. 
  2. To get the most out of these tools, be sure to mark the following options in the Options pane along the left side of the screen.
    • Desktop Billing – This ensures that the relevant information in your report makes it into WinTOTAL’s billing module.
    • Extended Billing - This enables extra fields at the bottom of your order page for line item fees, payments and a due date.
