Downloading Files in TOTAL for Mobile

To download a file from the cloud in TOTAL for Mobile:

1. Open TOTAL for Mobile, or if you have a report open, save and close the report and return to the File Manager.
2. From the File manager, tap the menu icon (  ) on the upper left.
3. In the menu that appears, tap Download New Files. This detects any files that have been uploaded to the cloud from TOTAL and downloads them to your mobile device.

   

   You can also download individual reports by tapping a report with a cloud sync status icon and pressing Download in the additional file options.

   

   

   

   When downloading to TOTAL for Mobile, choosing Replace moves the original report to Deleted Files. Click here for more information on restoring reports from Deleted Files.
