As you fill out the order form in the Assignment PowerView,
you have the option of allowing TOTAL to complete tasks for you on the fly.
These items are controlled from the Order Form Options menu
located on the left side of the Assignment PowerView. Options
include:
- Show Subject Map:
- Automatically adds a map to your order form
when you fill in the full subject address for your order that displays the
location of the subject property.
- Automated
Directions:
- If you opted to include
a map in your order form, checking this option adds turn-by-turn directions
from your office to the
subject property to your order form as well. Click the Automated
Directions link in the Order Form Options to open TOTAL's
Configuration Settings and adjust your Report Transfer Settings.
- Show Detailed
Contacts:
- Adds an additional section to your order form
allowing you to enter detailed information for each contact in your report.
- Show Detailed
Billing:
- Adds a Billing section to
your order form to help you track billing and payment information for your
report.
- Show Detailed
Property Info:
- Adds an additional section to your order form
allowing you to add notes and a wealth of other information about the subject
property.
- Auto Internal Order
#:
- TOTAL automatically generates an order number
for each new report when this option is selected. To specify the format of the
numbering, click the Auto Internal Order # link to open
TOTAL's Configuration Settings and adjust your Automatic file numbering settings.
- Retrieve FEMA/Census
Data:
- Automatically adds IDC data to the
appropriate fields in your report as you fill out your order form. Click the
Retrieve FEMA/Census Data link in the Order Form Options to
open TOTAL's Configuration Settings and adjust your Report Transfer Settings.
- Link Titan Office Order / Titan Office Order Details
- Allows you to link the current report with an order in Titan Office. Click
Link Titan Office Order and click Create New
to create a new order in Titan Office. Or, click Link
Order, choose from the list of existing orders in Titan Office, and
click Link Order again to link that order with your report.
- Once you've linked a Titan Office order with your report in TOTAL, click
Titan Office Order Details to view the Order Details for the order. From here you can update
the status, attach files, manage the invoice, and more.
